I just signed up for a free week trial what i have seen and researched on the site looks really good my question is for the guys that have been doing it for a while and just starting is it worth the money to sign up permenatly ? Thanks

Yes. I had been doing my own cross fit type workouts in my own gym and felt like I kept plateauing. I didnt really want to pay $100+ a month for a membership to a cross fit gym since I already had most of the equipment already. I subscribed about 3 weeks ago and am glad I did and regret not doing it sooner. The workouts are great and most can be done without a ton of equipment. Kenton seems like a great guy and has always answered all of my questions and emails very promptly.

Yes, I like that Kenton comes to the hunting fitness side as a hunter. Lots of long grinders, that keep intensity on the lower end of the spectrum compared to a lot of CrossFit workouts. This is intentional, as we as hunters play a much different game than most sports. Most sports are explosive and performed in multi planar (sp) fashion. TTH helps get me ready for the tediousness of a lot of hunting with the engine to push it when need be. Also, my joints feel a ton better, and that is by design also. I may cuss the programming at times, as I am a fast twitch guy, but it is what I need as my goals change to become a better hunter. Just my .02

I started following Kenton's programming about 2 years ago and I've been very happy with the decision. He does a good job of making workouts that will challenge you mentally as well as physically, just like in the mountains. I still do a lot of crossfit, but generally switch strictly to TTH from around July to November.
