Trail Cam Pics & Killed Bucks

Shot him week after he came onto camera. Late October cold front, saw 19 bucks that afternoon/evening sit. He was dogging a doe.

Wish I could get the video to upload, this is a screenshot of the video.

I got him on video the opening day of archery season and told my son, "I'm gonna shoot that one if he shows up.." Two weeks later he showed up as soon as I got to my hunting spot. He's not very tall or heavy but he has a 20-5/8" inside spread.

I haven’t killed one I didn’t have on camera since I started using cameras ~15 years ago.
Me either. It’s a good and bad thing. When I don’t have any I really want to shoot on camera, my confidence level is shot. Cell cams have made it even worse.

Been a while since I haven’t killed one I didn’t have on camera. Two Georgia bucks from last year and a 13 year old doe that was in a research study 12 years ago. IMG_0308.jpegIMG_0893.jpegIMG_0344.jpegIMG_1447.jpegimage001.jpegIMG_2271.jpeg

Nice deer everybody! 2 seasons ago was the last buck I killed and was almost 100% a result of getting a pic of him a few days before.

Same buck as my avatar. I only had one trail cam pic of it, two nights before I got him at the almost exact same time. However being a fat fingered moron, I accidentally deleted it. 😞

Hunted this deer all season. Really was the only deer of any size I had to chase. Killed him during the rut.
