Tract Optics have gained a footing in the hunting market with their high bang-for-the-buck optics. Now they wade into the electro-optics market with a ballistic range finding binocular that integrates Eagle Ballistics functionality.

What are you looking for in this review? What do you think of Tract? What about Eagle Ballistics? Have you used the Eagle Ballistics App? How have the solutions worked out for you?

I have 10x42 in my binopack, 12x50 next to my favorite chair, and 15x56( use in the car) Tracts. I like them all. I got the 15x56 because they were used and the price was so low.

I'd like to see a comparison of the 10x42 to the range finding models or at least an explanation that they are the same. I'd also like to see how they range find compared to some other range finders. Are they easier/hard as accurate, etc.

The glass is as good as the vanilla Tracts.

Heck, the glass is as good, or better, than anything else I have.

The rangefinder in the Tracts is WAY better than anything else I have.

I am struggling a little with the EB app. But I'm a tech challenged Fudd.....

Matt, the short Outdoorsman, with an arca plate on the bottom, will still fit in the supplied harness pouch without removing it....

Thanks Matt, Tract and Eagle Ballistics. Could you please compare side by side to Revic Acura BR10 Gen 2? That is the pretty unanimous top pick rangefinding bino for laser strength, readout, ballistic solution and proven performance.
Others to compare would be the Sig 10K. Anything else is a compromise somewhere

Would be great to get a sense of how the optics compare to the Geovid Pro, how the RF compares to the Sig in poor air conditions (rain, fog, etc.), and how the onboard ballistic app compares to the Revic for usability and precision. Essentially how it compares to best-in-class units in various categories.

Yep, pretty much what Dover and Smith said.
I’ve heard lots of great stuff from Tract and Eagleman, and have played with Eagle Ballistics some, but I would like to know how they compare to known stuff on the market. Glass and laser vs NL, EL, Revics, Sigs, Mavens and anything else you may have laying around that would provide a frame of reference.

Any comparison to the Talon 10ks? I haven’t purchased any Tract optics before but considering this for my first.
