30 mm rings with matte finish. Never out of the plastic. They were for the 1913 rail on my Weatherby but I had another solution on with scope and sighted in before these things arrived. I tried to return them but emails, fb messages and several voice messages have all been ignored by TPS. So I'm into them for $106. My tyd price is $75.
