If you’re willing. Just save up and get the ZCO. With you wanting that you will sell and buy your way to it. They’re pretty tough too. Phenomenal glass. In my eyes very noticeably better than the nx8

That is the goal for the 300. I still need some decent stuff for the 6.5

I pulled my 4-32nx8 for a 3-15zp5 and don't feel like I gave up on anything. I wanted a base 3x for my clip-on and the performance of that scope is killer for a sub 2k scope.

S and B 3-12 x 42…….great scope. Very good glass and relatively light. You can send it in and have a mil turret added for $270. It will only dial 4.6 mils though. They’re simple scopes with really high quality.

Though a little heavy, an ATACR 4-16 f1 covers everything from close range to where your bullet won’t expand (and beyond).

The NX scopes and the ATACR both use ED glass.

There more that goes into the ATACR than just ED glass that drives the cost up.

Yeah, but it is easily noticeable when you look thru say an Nx8 and an ATACR, that the image is much better on the ATACR. When I say "glass" I mean all things that make the image what it is. (Coatings, quality of glass, errector system). We should probably say image quality vs. Glass quality.

Ya I have an nxs and an nx8. Def NOT the same glass/coating or whatever makes them work.

I have a 2.5-20 nx8 and like it but the eyebox isn't the best. I have a 2-10 z3 and even that cheap of a swaro the glass is great. Is there a scope that combines them both? I want a ZCO but not in the budget right now. Anything else I should look at before I just buy anoter NF?

Ya that's a great video, but my No. 1 concern would be how durable(My guns eigher ride in my truck ready to jump out and shoot on the farm or I use them as a walking stick in the mountains. lol), Then No. 2 the glass and No. 3 reticle. Again I'm usually not a dialer so the mechanics besides the parallax and zoom is a mute point.
