I have a 2.5-20 nx8 and like it but the eyebox isn't the best. I have a 2-10 z3 and even that cheap of a swaro the glass is great. Is there a scope that combines them both? I want a ZCO but not in the budget right now. Anything else I should look at before I just buy anoter NF?

Ya, but my new rifle will be here in 2 days. I would like to start shooting this weekend. When are they ACTUALLY going to have these for sale and who knows if they will ACTUALLY deliver on the promises they are making. Don't get me wrong I am VERY INTERESTED in them and will buy several IF they pull it off, but I have doubt's that if none of the BIG companies have made it happen yet what makes this small company any different. Like I said I'm very interested, but just on the cautious side of believing in the unicorn.

NF gets a lot of praise but the truth is, they still have failures. And more than most think. I’ve sent in 2 ATACRS and 1 NX8. There are lots of scopes I’ve owned longer than NF and have yet to send in.
I still love my NF’s.
Point is, there’s lot of optics that will fit what your describing.
Kahles, Steiner HX6, Sightron, Zeiss S3, Trijicon, Tract, higher end Athlons, Burris, Mavens, S&B, Leica Amplus, even the Zeiss V4, March, I even think this new Swaro Z5i PLUS. I’ve beat the heck out of it. No issues.
They all have good to great eye boxes with good to great glass.
I have at least one of each of the above optics. All are excellent.

The Trijicon and Steiner would fit your needs.
The Steiner HX6 is an excellent scope in every way.

My favorite is still the NF NX8 4-32. Glass is exceptional and I’ve yet to have this “eye box” issue people have.

Good luck

I sent my NX8 back today due to the zerostop being stuck. Had it on my 300 for 4 years and it never moved zero. Im not a dialer so that my be why, but I'm also not easy on stuff and often go places I shouldn't and end up on the ground a lot. lol

I have read the "eye box" issue is on the 2.5x20s. It's not been a big issue but is a little harder to get behind in some positions.

I would buy the Swaro Z5i+ if I had confidence in it not moving if dropped. I don't dial so not worried about tracking. Only worried about the blows it MIGHT take knocking it out of zero.

Maybe I just need to try a 4-32 and be done. Just never really need that kind of zoom.

Any

Specific models?
I really enjoy the Polar T96 4-16X56. I also have the Exos 3-21X50. Really, any of the SBs are going to hold zero and have alpha glass. PMII, Polar series, etc. You really can't go wrong. Pick your turret, reticle, obj size and they will probably have one that you will find to be perfect.

If you’re willing. Just save up and get the ZCO. With you wanting that you will sell and buy your way to it. They’re pretty tough too. Phenomenal glass. In my eyes very noticeably better than the nx8

If you’re considering the S&B recommendations above, at least the Meta and/or a PM II you may as well get the ZCO as you’re in The same ballpark price wise. Though Eurooptic has some good deals on quite a few S&B scopes now. It’s hard to do better than a S&B.

I would get the NX6 3-18 way before I would get another 4-32 NX8.

Since you don’t dial I would suggest the S&B 3x12x42. Easier on the budget and better than needed in all aspects
