I have a Black Gold Ascent 5 pin. I really like it, but I took a spill in the backcountry last year and slid about 10 feet down a slope. It wasn't a particularly hard fall. However, my hunt ended there, because the sight broke completely off. Customer Service was excellent, as they repaired my sight super fast. But my hunt did end at that point.
Now I have a CBE Tek Hybrid 5 pin. I really like the way it's constructed more. I thought about getting a Spot Hogg, as they are built like tanks...but they weigh like a tank as well; not what I want in the backcountry. The CBE's have stainless steel bolts, but my Black Gold does not, and the bolts rust like crazy.
