Anyone of there torque tune their bows following Gillinghams process? Does it make a noticeable difference?

I don't know if I follow Gillingham process, don't know what that is. But yes I torque tune. My process is to try to tune the sight to the position that my rest is in, if needed I'll start to move the rest, generally I have the rest exactly where I want it set tight on the riser, so I'd rather leave it be.

Ok. Gillingham suggests moving the rest because it has a bigger impact on the torque. I will just have to mess around with it.

I don't doubt that it does, I just like the position of my rest when I can have it up against the riser, gives it support incase of anything stupid I might do like falling on it or that nature. I can generally get my bow torque tuned with the rest where I want it, granted it's not perfect but very little side to side impact at 30 yards.

Put your rest at true center shot, yoke tune for bullet hole and practice a torque free grip.

Yep I torque tune with rest and or sight bar on a dove tail. I set my final peep size after torque tuning.
