Just sold a DT1 and replaced it with the Fulcrum and Guide Lid. Got to hand it to Kifaru for their extremely fast turn around time. At the same time I ordered the pack I also sent back a Bikini frame for some minor stitching repair. Well they not only repaired the stitching for free but I got both the frame and the pack shipped out to me within about a week! I was going to call Kifaru and ask what the status of my frame repair was when I received both items in the mail. That is very fast service.
So far I am liking the Fulcrum. Got a chance to try one out ( thanks SLDMTN) before buying which definitely helps in the decision process. The one I tried had some slight modifications to the wing compression straps which I will probably do to mine as well.

Would you mind explaining the wing modifications????
You got my curiosity up.

But for me Kifaru excels in versatility, which means many options, and straps .

Agreed. Many (including me at first) are intimidated by strap maintenance and all the flexibility, but once you get used to it it's really nice to be able to change your bag to best fit your needs for each trip out.

My vote is for the AMR as well. I used it for a backpack hunt and two other trips this year. It compresses easily into a day pack and you can expand it to pack out all of your meat. I would recommend a belt pouch or two and a side pocket to have access to items you need quickly. I had my options narrowed down to the same list and am very happy with the AMR. I would rather have too much pack than not enough.

Reckoning with Guide Lid, water bottle holder and two small belt pouches worked awesome for my Dall hunt and a month of caribou and moose hunting. Really like the layout. Got so skinny that I thought I might need a medium belt instead of a large though!
