The whip it probably the best now available. I’d love to have a 64” whip that was completely blacked out but with a bit of Osage showing.Dans bows are the best, I had a 58” whip that I really regret selling. I don’t think he makes whips that short any more
lol I had a 64” that was 45@28…. Let it go too…. I trade to much. He always has some really good lengths and weights if you watch his in stock stuff, currently I just have a 56” pika. I’d love to try one of his takedowns. I’d like to try a super D too!The whip it probably the best now available. I’ve never shot a 10x, from my understanding it’s like a low jaeger?I have a 10x grip whip that will forever be in my possession. I’ll never be able to let that one go. But I also have a 62” whip with standard grip that I’m thinking about letting go. It’s 42@28 and I’m thinking I’ll get another 10x grip but 64”
if you ever travel near Lexington KY let me know and you can try it outI’ve never shot a 10x, from my understanding it’s like a low jaeger?
The feathers are chartreuse as well as the wraps.Great buck and choice of tools.
I have a 58" 50@28 2 piece myself and it's truly amazing.
Stickbow, what color did you go with on feathers and paint? I've been trying to hit that color for 3 years without luck.
What brand. I always thought it would be universal....but I get much duller feathers. The feathers are chartreuse as well as the wraps.
It's one of those arbitrary rules. My hunting recurve is an ilf set up with Uukha Gobi limbs and it's 42lbs otf at my 29.75" DL. I am shooting a 550 grain arrow at 174fps which is faster than most peoples 55 lb bow with similar arrow weights.i was kind of worried the officer would just read whats written on the bow and my hunt might be over if its 45. Not sure why 50 lbs is req to kill elk in wy. At 20 yards and 40ish lbs with a sharp broadhead has done it time and time again for many hunters. Oh well.
