Titanium Hunting Suppressors

I know there is lots of reading on this same topic here and other forums, but I wanted some fresh perspectives.

I am looking for a titanium suppressor that its main use will be hunting on my 22” .30-06 and a 20” 6.5PRC. My main attributes I am looking for are: #1 - a can that won’t fail/reliability, #2 - a company with good customer service that stands by its products, #3 - overall sound suppression. Although sound suppression is important, I put it last as I would rather a reliable product rather than something unreliable.

Any input on these cans below is appreciated. Any other recommendations are also welcomed.

SiCo Scythe Ti – Specs on this can seem great, but some of the reports of them coming apart are discouraging.

Rugged Alaskan Ti – Seems many people here dislike this can for lack of sound suppression, but the specs are nice and I could also use this on 350s (straight wall state). I have read reports on other forums that this can performs very well for them?

TBAC Ultra 7 – Seems like the TBAC Ultra line is the “gold standard” for Ti cans?

Dead Air Nomad Ti XC – Looks like lots of people are satisfied with this one.

I currently use a SicCo Hybrid 46 with 30 cal cap for my 06 and does well for my standards. That’s the only can I have for comparison purposes.

Don’t get the Scythe Ti. Read the failure thread. I own one, and it hasn’t failed on me yet (it’s married to a 6.5mm Grendel), but will never purchase another product from that company.

Unless I am confusing it with another can, a lot of folks don’t seem to like the Rugged Alaskan. I have never used it. I have a .375 AB Raptor 10 for my medium bore suppressor.

Based on my firsthand experience with the companies and their suppressors, I recommend waiting for the Airlock ZG 30, getting a US Reaper, or getting an AB Raptor 8 with 3” reflex. The Airlock ZG 6.5 and OG 6.5 I own are phenomenal. The .30 caliber AB Raptor 8 and 10s I own are also great, but much longer and heavier.

I haven’t used either one, but I don’t think you could go too far wrong with the TBAC or the Nomad Ti XC.

Of those choices, TBAC makes the most sense.

Scythe Ti failures would concern me. Alaskan is super light but a bit louder than the others. DA seems like another good choice but I'm not a fan of DA after the sierra fiasco.

Everyone has jumped on the Airlock bandwagon and the specs seem amazing but the company is brand new so longevity would be a concern for me.

Tbac has a good reliability and customer service track record if that’s what matters a lot to you. Pick up a phone and you’re going to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. They have been around a long time and are a farily well known commodity.

Even with some newer tech in my arsenal I can’t really fault an ultra 7 all that much as a hunting suppressor.

You’re going to get a lot of recommendations for newer suppressors, for a good reason. Many of those companies and products havnt been around a year. Not to say they are bad or will have issues.

Those Airlock ZGs look very interesting with great specs. Looks like they are built in with 5/8 x 24 direct threads with no option to unscrew/change without some sort of adapter?
