Hey guys,

Not sure if it's the right forum, but just made this dish (tinaktak) that we make back home (Guam). We usually use ground beef or really thin steak for this recipe. I got tired of burgers and tacos. This dish definitely puts your heart into overdrive haha. So eat this after your season.

It's basically ground burger, onions, garlic, green beans, coconut milk, soy sauce, and white rice. Easy and fast to make if your looking for an alternative to the usual ground meat recipes.

Do you just the coconut milk to thicken it up? What's the approx amount

Yeah I add the coconut milk at the end. Just one can. Don't let the coconut milk boil or it'll curdle. I taste it and if it's too sweet or bland add lemon and soy sauce or salt
