Tipi/tarp and stove

So for hunting 9000 feet in the middle of October as a planned backpack style hunt (if we sissy out there is always a car some miles away) how many would recommend a floorless stove combo??

It would need to fit 3 and gear. Cost is a huge factor at this point so I am currently looking at SO LBO (base+tarp+base), Redcliffe, or 6 man tipi? I like the kifaru megatarp + annex but doubt it would fit 3? The LBO has more potential as it can be used as a tarp w/ annex more for myself at home.

Any advice from more experienced than I will be greatly appreciated. We are currently looking at using 2 backpacking tents and have appropriate sleeping gear (sleeping bags between -20-0 and appropriate pads) but a week of lows in the 20's without a heat source and poor weather could/would suck.

Should we suck it up and tent and hope for good weather or spend the cash for the comfort?

For three dudes and a stove I use a Kifaru 4-man and a small 5'x8' tarp if we have a lot of gear. It's not overly roomy, but it's plenty big for a backpack hunt and saves some weight over the 6-man or larger.

I have looked at the cimmaron a lot but I don't think it will comfortably fit 3 full grown men for a week. I could be wrong though. I'm looking hard at the redcliff as it was recommended by seek outside for my purpose but it is a lot with stove for 1 person. I have looked at the tut 4 man but I don't see 3 fitting in it well either.

I need to call kifaru but haven't had a chance yet.

My main question is whether or not a tipi stove combo is worth it

I went with sawtooth for two people. If I was having three id go RC and a tarp for gear or maybe 8 man.

We slept 3 deep with stove and gear in my SL5 last year. Little more room would have been nice, but it wasn't bad.
