If it took this many years to thread all of the barrels, how many more years will it take to shorten them?

If they use too many SKU numbers as an excuse and still offer half a million different roughtech and veil configs in 15 different colors/camo they deserve a kick in the nuts.

Well before the PH3

I was so close to buying a PH2 in 6.8 western but to get a shorter barrel I had to spend $1000 more on the element. (Ended up with a 20” browning 7 PRC)

Im considering a T3X Lite in 6.5 PRC. I'll just have it cut to 20" and threaded 1/2x28 and run an adapter for the can.

Heck, you can get them for under $700. No one wants a non threaded sporter anymore.

Can confirm the majority are going to be 5/8x24 in the lites at least. Unsure about the 223 model. I’ve been seeing shorter barrel lengths listed so they either 1.) slightly changed the contour or 2.) chopped the barrels to where they have enough meat to thread 5/8x24. But yes, none of that metric crap like I originally feared. Also looks like they’re going to stick to the price of $879 for the stainless.

I have a super varmint that is threaded 5/8", as are all SV's (223 etc). The new ACE is on Euro's site, all are listed at 5/8" (223 etc).

This didn't make the gun media headlines, but I think that's some of the best news coming out of shot show this year.

Here's hoping the 6CM is 18" or 20" and not 22" or 24". Oh, and available as a simple T3X stainless, not just the premium models.

I just received my two Black Friday Tikka stainless rifles back from Kampfeld customs. He chopped, threaded and put on an adapter for 5/8 x 24. They look great for what it's worth.

If the earlier link is any indication, hopefully soon. I’m looking at the 6.5 prc, and with the savings over a rough tech, I can get an aftermarket stock
