I upgraded all my tikkas with after market springs and set triggers to 1 lbs. I have an older 6.5cm that won’t. It wants to set at 12 ounces or 1 lbs 5 ounces and won’t settle between. Any suggestions? I am thinking it’s the piece pictured below. Anyone know where I can get a replacement part?

Isn’t the trigger spring set screw supposed to sit behind the trigger to action main bolt?

It looks like you’ve got it turned out too far and angled…is that cross threaded?

That is NOT the way that's supposed to look. The trigger adjustment screw is supposed to hit the big 5mm trigger assembly bolt, not ride on top of it (see below).

It’s really easy to strip and/or cross thread that little screw. It’s tapered to help prevent it but still happens.

As others have said, I also used to use lightened up trigger springs on Tikkas and have had multiple “fire when bolt closes” events. Luckily most have been without anything in the chamber.

Reinstall the factory springs and rock on.
