I don’t have a CTR bottom metal so I don’t know.

It does fit the same bottom metal as my factory stock t3 and T3x

I don’t know squat about barrel contours. But, I’m assuming this stock will not work with a factory barrel since it was made for a proof barrel?

Works with Factory barrel no problem the barrel will be completely free floated.

Nothing regarding the action or how it’s sits in or attached is effected by spotter or proof barrel. It just has enough room to fit a proof barrel.
