Ahh gotcha. Thanks!

One of the rare occasions where it works out in our favour for orders in Canada.

Is this a con to Leupold? Could you explain in just a FEW more words? With boresighting as I tighten the scope, I’ve never had a problem related to windage. Are you saying the dovetails on both rifle and base can potentially provide slack or play? I’m certainly not saying Leupold is top of the line, just trying to see advantages in other brands, and if it is really a factor in lower recoil calibers, such as .243.

Dovetails on both bases takes out any slack or play and isn’t going anywhere. If you like your windage bases, keep your windage bases.

I’ve ordered some sportsmatch but the beer flu has put shipping from across the pond on hold. Do the get the scope much lower than the Talley lows? I mounted up a LRHS on my rifle with the Talley lows and it was about 1/4” higher than I can get away with. Hopefully the sports match are lower.
Seems like us manufacturer could really do some damage if they would just copy these rings and make a few improvements.

I'm still going to look for alternatives but for now i'm going to take a shot in the dark on one of the two euro suppliers.

it should be mentioned that these are the 1" version. most scopes are 30mm tubes so it's a bit harder to find the 1".

Just an update. looks like my order to krale is going through and the shipment has been picked up by UPS. I'll let you know if it makes it to the other side of the pond.

I’m also curious if the Sportsmatch mediums are lower than Talley lows. Anyone have any experience with both?

Talley extra lows are 0.4". Lows are .5"

The sportsmatch show 13mm which is .51"

Warne mediums are .46"

How are you guys with the low rings not having issues with brass hitting the wind age knob? I finally got my first t3 in 300wsm and put a swfa 3-15 in dnz low rings. Everything fit perfect till I got to the range... You couldn’t design a system to bounce brass back into the ejection port an better if you tried! Every. Frickin. Round. No matter how fast or slow I run the bolt, no matter where the scope is mounted (forwards or back). Like I said, the height was perfect for cheek weld and objective clearance but it just won’t eject! I ordered some Talley mediums today. I’ll figure out how to raise the comb if the rifle functions correctly.

looks like it's working fast. rings are now in Kentucky and will be delivered by tomorrow. stock up if you need some. wish i would have ordered a couple 30mm sets for future builds.

T3, Sportsmatch, SWFA. It just can’t get any easier.

Hurts a lot of feelings too....

i agree but went tract toric instead of the swfa due to the weight savings. i'll be eyeing up sales in the future for heavier builds.
