Tikka T3x receiver screw torque

I was reading another thread and most people were recommending 45 in lb for the receiver screws. I just looked at my Tikka user manual and it says to tighten to 62 in lbs, which is what I did to mine because I figured the manual from Tikka is correct. When I did that the front screw collapsed the thin metal in the bottom plastic slightly and caused the bolt to be too high in the chamber and contact the bolt. I fixed this by adding a thin washer into the void between the bottom plastic and the receiver. Yes I was using inch pounds with a fat wrench. The rifle is extremely accurate, but I was just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on this. Thanks.

For mine, 45 on the factory bottom "metal," 62 on the MT bottom metal.

No actually I didn’t. Here is my manual that came with the rifle brand new. Looks like this might be a mistake on tikkas part.

Tikka Performance has a video that recommended 40 rear and 35 for the front. It’s worked really well for me
