Tikka T3x 300 Win Scope Mounting options

I know I'm going down a rabbit hole here. I purchased a Tikka 300 Win Mag Veil. I have a Nightforce NXS 5.5x22x50 that I'm going to be mounting. I'm looking at a couple options. I'm considering the DNZ Game Reaper, DNZ 215 Tactical, Mountain tactical base with Seekins lightweight rings and am also considering Warne direct mounts. My only concern is a very heavy scope (31oz) on top of a fairly light rifle. I have mounted several DNZ Game Reapers without any problems, but I am considering the DNZ 215 with the added 4 screw ring top. That is probably my number one choice right now but am open to hearing thoughts and suggestions. Thanks guys, Tikka for life.

sportsmatch is the way to go with a 30mm tube on a tikka. tawnado air gun supply out of the uk has them and ships fast.

I just ordered some sportsmatch TO84 rings from Tawnado, 5 days ago. $59.62 + 0.60 for international conversion fee. At first they were out of stock but 2 days later got an email stating they were in stock again. Based on the reviews and recommendations from this forum, sportsmatch might be your best bet.

…so not sure if the mediums will work for a 50mm bell. Might need the HTO73 highs.

I have the DNZ Game Reaper holding a Leupold VX3i 4.5-14 x 42 on top of a T3 SL in 7RM. No problems.

Thanks for sharing - I might need to get some T084 rings as well. My initial thought was I'd need low rings (which they don't make) but this actually seems like a perfect fit. I've got a .308 and a similar scope.

Love the rail option, but be cautious of the overall height of the scope. When I used a rail on my Manners and Tikka combo, I had to add a chhek riser. Works fine no complaints, but awkward without the riser.

Yes. I ended up ordering the 215 in Medium Height for my Nightforce NXS 5.5x22x50 and the height was perfect. Very impressed with the quality and build of the mount. Message me with any further questions.
