What are the main difference between the Tikka T3 Superlite and the Sako A7 Roughtech.. Is the Roughtteck stock a Bell & Carlson? What are the other difference?.

Can't speak to the technical differences but I have shot a Tikka T3 and have some friends who shoot them as well. Once you get a load worked up they are really accurate riles. Obviously the Sako will be as well but I believe the T3 cost quite a bit less.

Yes there is the cost differince T3 super lite 650ish add 275 for a new stock. The A7 flutted is 1100ish but has the B&C stock. The T3 will be lighter.

the new Tikka T3X superlight sells for $749 currently at SW, with the improvements they've made it's a bargain and I don't know why anyone would want to pay a bunch more to replace the improved stock but that's just me .....

I got the sako a7 a few years ago and love it. Going off memory I think the lugs on the bolt were different and maybe a couple other minor details. IMO though as far as accuracy they are darn near the same. I'd go with the cheaper one and spend more on the glass for it.

Havent checked out the New T3x, will give it a look Thanks

A7 like the Sako 85 has a button to release the bolt allow a person to cycle the bolt with the safety on. So 2 position + release button?
