Tikka t3 rail screw replacement

So I have an area 419 scope rail and the screws they have sent have been horrible. I have stripped multiple out without putting any torque to them. Has anyone upgraded the screws? If so does anyone know the thread pitch for the t3 screws. I would like to keep the rail and rings I got but if anything I’m just going to go back to a direct mount style instead of the rail

Standard scope base screws are #6-48 screws.

Most of the main gun supply online places have them (Brownells, Midway, Grafs, Midwest Gun Works, etc.)
