Tikka T3 now Threaded?

I was in my LGS and saw a new T3x, blued, chambered in 06’ that was threaded for about $750. Are the new T3x’s coming threaded?

Thread 'Tikkas with factory threaded barrels?'

I’ve heard from two different places now that Tikka will be offering all of their rifles moving forward with threaded barrels.

I can’t find any more specifics or information than that.. so I’m wondering.. does this mean the T3X Lite and Superlite will come threaded now? Or are they simply referring to the fact that there are threaded T3X models available?

A factory threaded T3X Lite Stainless would be pretty high on my list..

Anyone know more about this?

Yes, but usually long enough that they need to be cut and threaded anyway
