I went and bought my wife a 270 wsm. I have a 300 wm tikka. It has a micro bastard break on it. I bought it from a member on here. Is there any other breaks. That should be considered.

I continue to use the Micro Bastard on Tikkas because it has a reasonably small OD at .750", it's under 2" long, it's light weight, and it flat out works. I think they are the best fit for a factory sporter barrel.

Not sure if you saw the other thread I started about a rifle for my son, but that is the brake I'll be putting on that rifle. I'm actually dropping it off with the gunsmith tomorrow.

Thanks every one. The micro bastard does work well. Wife can shot the 300 all day. Was just looking for sum other options. The mine mag muscle does look good. Any one tell me how big it is. There is nothing on website
