Tikka stock spacer solution?

has anyone found a solution to these different sizes of stock/recoil pad/spacer? This looks horrible and I am disappointed by Tikka on this one.
Edited to add: Client's rifle not mine - I would just toss the darned thing into a RokStock and be done with it. But I kinda like ugly rifles and this one's owner does not.

Looks like maybe thats a spacer sized to fit an extra-short stock to get it to normal size. Might need a couple of grind to fit spacers stacked on top of each other. I’ve glued a couple of these together before to make 1 thick spacer, they polish up pretty nice.

Yup. Client even gave the model/SN of the rifle to the person (AI?) at their website when he ordered it.
