Tikka sort action in a MTN26 long

curious what the difference is on the MTN 26 MDT chassis between a short and long action. Found a good deal on a long action chassis but want it to fit a short action tikka.

No. Long action stock = long action magazine. Different sized hole.

Tikka mags are the same dimension for all cartridges, that’s why stocks that take them work for all cartridges. HNT26 don’t use tikka mags, they use AI mags. AI pattern mags are different sizes in long and short action.
