Hmmm. Seems like it is more than colors based on the description. From that site:

Actually seems like tikka took note of the mods people make on the guns and made a lot of them standard.

For those of us (me) that don't know the limitations on the 1/11" twist, can you explain? Does that limit bullet selection for accuracy?

Likely it won’t stabilize anything over 190 grains. Maybe not 190 even.
Contrary to some twist has no affect on accuracy.....
