Nightforce SHV and Warne rings came in today. The original rings on the gun were put on by the shop I purchased it at. Removed old rings and found that I’m going to need the original screws that were in the receiver top(pic below), but can’t find what size they are. Help would be much appreciated.

The gun doesn't come with screws there but plastic plugs. The rings should have screws if that's how they mount.

Pharmseller is right... I think the shop drilled some extra holes in the receiver

Yes, t3x. The Warne rings I’m using don’t utilize the holes in the receiver top, the previous leupold ones did, which is why they were removed. That’s helpful to know that there weren’t actual screws there to begin with. Maybe I can track some of those down and put them in after I get the scope mounted. Sure would like to shoot in the next couple days.

I wouldn't worry about it. If they're exposed after you mount the warnes then cover them up with tape until you find something to plug the hole with. You probably don't even need to worry about taping the holes. I wouldn't do anything unless I happened to have something on hand.
