WTS Tikka Clearance 6.5 CM SS for $499

They still have the blued barrel in stock for 467. They have good deals on 700 ADLs as well. I picked up a .243 for a donor action for 269.

Ordered mine when they came up the second time after having regrets about not buying one the first time. Just picked it up at my gun shop today. I know it said blued barrel in the description but I got a stainless one. What a great deal! Thanks to whoever found this.

Back up! Finally got one ordered! Stainless link is working as of now.

I got a blued one for 469$ this is rounds 7-9 from the rifle. I'm badding it into a mcmillan game scout over the weekend.

What round are you using? Love the looks of that group. Handloads, factory? Please share for us other fellas that resisted the 6.5 for so long and then couldn't pass up a deal.

I bought 7 boxes of the 143 eldx precision hunter ammo to break the barrel in, and that's what you see there. It shoots sub moa, several. Groups close to half moa, but once the barrel got hot it opened up. I have lapua brass and Berger 144 lrht for hand loading.

Anyone actually check the freebore on one their rifles? I believe saami is around 188. I have 3 6.5 creedmoors, and the Tikka has way more freebore than the other 2. I'm actually guesstimating it's around 0.250 WAY too long. Why would Tikka do this? Especially with a short action/short magazines and mostly short bearing surface bullets?

I finally got around to shooting mine. It's shooting 1/2 moa at 100 yards with Berger 135 grain classic hunters.

Mine loves these as well and will keep them right around 1/2”-3/4”. I also tried the federal 135 berger ammo and it was consistently around 3/4”-1”. They both shot to the same POI which is nice and the same goes for the Hornady Eldx ammo with the POI.
