Tikka barrel adhesive

Anyone out there emulating tikka's glued-in barrels on a custom build or barrel swap and using rocksett or something similar to glue the threads?

Heck no! some kind of thread lube and correct torque will keep a barrel in place just fine and easily removable again.

The barrels are not glued in.

Yeah, torque. At least from everything that I have read.

The barrels I’ve removed have definitely had some type of adhesive in the threads. Crusty and also stretchy/gluey.
