Hey man, today is your lucky day. I've got the same gun and am actually going out to the range today to test 3 different bullets. I tried Federal premium trophy bonded tip a few weeks ago and it grouped TERRIBLE. Hoping for some better results today. I'll let you know.

That is crazy what bullet were you using with the Federal I used the 168G TTSX Barnes and it grouped good I want to say the T3 Tikke runs a 1:11 twist rate so most of them dont like the heavy bullets because they have a hard time stabilizing them. Now that i started reloading I am running 74 grains IMR 4831 with a 168 G ttsx and am shootin well under MOA.

I was using 180 grain Trophy Tipped. Maybe that is the problem though with the heavier bullet. Wish I had heard that earlier but still good to know. After this weekend, I had the best groupings with the 180 grain Barnes TTSX. The Federal 180 TSX also did ok but not as good as the Barnes TTSX. Also tried the 180 grain Federal Partition's and they did ok at best. Since I don't have the stuff to do my own re-loading, I think I'll try a box of the 165 TTSX. Guess I'll eventually have to start doing my own re-loading. Buying $40-50 boxes of ammo just to find the right one is getting kind of expensive...

Yeah, you should check out the Hornady Classic set. You can get it on sale for under $300 and it comes with 500 free bullets ($100 value or more). I found a website where you can order bullets in any quantity you want, which is great for finding the best shooter. They don't have everything, but you should still be able to learn something. For instance, I learned my .243 doesn't like hollow points nearly as well as polymer tips in real light varmint rounds. Here are 2 sites.
