Tikka 3 position saftey

There is another place as well. I have read where the Roedale customer service can be hit or mis. The tikka thread on snipers hide next to the last page. Maybe the performance center will get them in.

Eager to hear some reviews GKPrice. So what happens with the existing safety then? Neither site really shows anything. On the second one you can see the red "fire" dot. So I assume you just leave the factory safety in Fire all the time?

Duh, somehow missed this. I'd still like to see more info on how it all really works together though.

Can be used as a main safety whilst leaving the original T3 safety catch in place as a "Stalking Safety"
Original T3 safety can be completely removed if so required by customer, all nessecary parts included

It might be a nightmare, just have to wait and see - It'll be worth it to me since my one and ONLY "complaint" about T3's is the lack of a 3 function safety (watch, now Tikka will come out with one like the Sako has)

Yeah. The $180 price tag is a bit steep too. That's almost a third of the cost of the whole gun.

I received the 3 position safety in today's mail, 1 day short of 2 months - it IS, in fact, a metal bolt shroud and looks to be well machined - it is specified a "right hand" and swings to the left, sort of a disappointment - all of my gun room is packed in boxes for a move now so it'll be a little while before I can get after the installation but I'll post when I do and try to do some pictures as well

Good to hear!! Looking forward to pics and a instalation instructions.
