This is a new rifle that I unscrewed the fluted barrel and never shot.
I put on a new take off blued barrel that I cut to 16 and threaded to 5/8-24, painted black and throated the chamber about .050 longer to accept 75 eld bullets optimally. 2 shots to test the chamber is all I ever shot it.
Included in the package are 2 long Tikka clips, a Tikka pistol grip, 2 sets of rings including Talley extra low.
I built a 223 ackley also and this will never get shot, thus the sale.
