With a Waters 2.4 and this factory barrel, it would allow me to load the bullets out another ~0.10, but how much velocity will I reasonably gain with that? People in the 223AI thread are saying ~100fps gain. Is 0.10 extra case space comparable?

If you want to shoot 75 ELDs it's nice to have more than 2.30", 77 TMK its a little less of a benefit.

If it was anything like the last thing I ordered from that side of the world it was somewhere between 1-2 months I want to say? Don’t 100% remember but I’m curious if anyone has ordered any recently and the time frame.

Get the Waters version that is 2.6oal. You can load to the lands with ample space in a factory Tikka.

Photo is the 80g eldm ~2.42oal, which is .020 off in my Tikka.

Be prepared to put the Waters magazines together. Disassembled the parts are just pieces, assembled they’re gun parts and get treated differently.

My WR 223 mags were fairly quick and they’ve been flawless. I’ve got one of each of the coal lengths they offer.

For some reason I had issues with two of the factory 6 rounders

They are the 80g, not 88. Its just shy of 2800fps in my 20" barrel. I use 8208XBR (preferred) or Varget (crunchy). Both shoot about the same speed/precision.

I got the Waters as well. They are great. It sounds like @Unknown Munitions might have some in the works?
