5 arrow I’ve had it on my bow for a few hunts. So it’s got some dings. Iron will wides did some damage to the foam. Still in there. Was mounted on a Mathew’s. I have the Hoyt mounts somewhere. But I’d have to ship separately whenever i find them. Nothing wrong with it just looking for something different Looking to sell for 145 tyd. Thank you
