First post here! I was just curious if anyone has tried the Apex reactor quiver? Looks very similar to the tight spot but way cheaper. Any input? Thanks guys!

I use the apex reactor and it’s a great quiver. Easy on and off my bow. Holds the arrows tight, never had an issue losing an arrow. The quiver stays close to the bow and shooting with it on my bow I feel like I don’t fight it unless it’s windy. Then I feel it pushing my bow around a little more than when there’s no quiver, but I’ve felt that in every quiver I’ve ever had. The Tight Spot might be nicer with it’s increased adjustability (I’ve never used it) , but for the price I definitely can’t justify it. I’m definitely the “buy tags not gear kind” of guy though, so take that for what it’s worth.
I do like to shoot with my quiver off my bow if I get the chance, but I killed my bull at just over 50 last year with it on my bow, and even in that increased pressure situation didn’t feel at all disadvantaged. Great quiver for the price. If you watch amazon or ebay you can find a steal on it from time to time. I got mine for around $20.
Thanks for the info. Got a couple questions. What type of insert is in the hood of the quiver? And can it be easily and quickly detached from the bow? I’m not a big fan of the foam inserts.

I just went with this quiver as well, I love it, very adjustable, super easy and quiet on and off rubber lined hood no foam. I think it is just as good as the tight spot, if not better as it has dual arrow grippers (that you don't have to buy extra) and is half the price. I converted mine to lefty with zero issues. I like how it sits farther back and tighter to the bow than my old octane, but I am still thinking of going with a 2 piece.First post here! I have the Apex Reactor XL. So far, it's been pretty easy to work with. With the mounting bracket, you can set the quiver tilted forward, backward, but also leaned into or away from your strings. The tension system looks the same but i dont have personal experience with a Tightspot.
The hood is rubberized and quiet, arrow grips have been good for Easton Axis, and the hood is big enough for QAD Exodus in the center. Haven't tried filling with 5 as i usually have 2 mechanicals on the outlying holders.
amen, that's why I tried it.Thanks for the info. I’m gonna buy the xl and see how it does! I can’t justify spending way over $100 for the tight spot.

What do you shoot? I can mount on a halon 32 so the last arrow is behind the string if I wantedI have enjoyed my Reactor quiver very much, but I wish there was a way to move the quiver further back (towards the shooter) to help balance the bow. To me, it makes my bow feel front heavy.
I shoot an SR6 with an IQ sight. I have my sight as far forward as possible which also affects my mounting location. I need an offset mounting bracket.

I should clarify that I have the original Reactor quiver, which mounts directly of the sight. The new XL has an offset mounting bracket. If only I could buy just the offset bracket.I shoot an impulse 34 with Qad and black gold sight. Surely it would work?

yes, two completely different mounting systemsI should clarify that I have the original Reactor quiver, which mounts directly of the sight. The new XL has an offset mounting bracket. If only I could buy just the offset bracket.
