Ti Pro 3 Port Brake vs Ts Customs Ghost Brake

I’m looking for a good lightweight muzzle brake for my 280ai I’m building and have narrowed it down to these two options, what I am wondering is which one will be the best at reducing recoil?

I have both and can’t really tell the difference. For me it would come down to which one fit my bbl profile better. They are both great brakes

I have the TS Customs on a 7 Rem Mag built by Travis with his Carbon stock(gun weight with scope around 11.5lbs) and it calms the recoil pretty significantly.
