My only can is a gen1 ultra 7. The recent threads led me to buying a scythe ti for the 2nd hunting can.

Seems like it's hard to go wrong with U7, dominus, hyperion k, scythe, raptor, etc among others like the enticer sti and OCL hydrogen S. Reportedly shorter versions of TBAC magnus and resilient jolene cans are releasing soon as well.

I have a dominus and hyp k, on 223-6cm-6.5prc there is not a huge difference in sound between them. The tone of the hyp k is a bit lower/nicer, but the sig taper and possibility of needing a thread adapter sucks also.

In hindsight if I could do it all over again I would choose between them by,

Ray with TBAC does a lot of metering videos with their cans as well as their competitors cans. It's worth a quick YouTube search and watching a few videos.

I have both and will be buying more Hyperion K's in the future.
