I’m having an obsessive episode of thread adapters and accuracy and have come to the support group for help.

The Odin Works thread adapters I run have the muzzle crown recessed deeply in the threads. Is everyone else’s thread adapters like this? I’m wondering if the escaping bullet and gases over a threaded cylinder like this affects accuracy.

My Howa shoots under a minute but it can be finicky.

See how the crown is deep down in the adapter.

Mine is the same on multiple rifles. Haven’t noticed any issues with accuracy when suppressed.

ETA: Mine are using cheap Amazon adapters and rocksett

Well it was a bee-otch but after two days I finally got my HUB adapter free. Stopped by Lowe’s and got a strap wrench. This is 3K rounds build up. I ordered a 1/2x/8 HUB so I can direct thread to my Tikka and Howa Mini.
