Thoughts on Tikka Roughtech EMBER Stock

Anyone else notice the Ember stock looks quite a bit different in person compared to the website photos?

The one I received has a much more pronounced orange splatter, whereas the website makes it look a lot more subdued and muted. Not necessarily a dealbreaker, just not what I was expecting based on the product images.

Curious if others are seeing the same thing or if there’s some variation between batches. Now I am considering painting or upgrading to a chassis system.

I bought my 300wm ember a few years ago. The orange splatter is just enough to make it look pretty good. But from what I've seen in pictures lately, it seems like the guy at the factory with the orange paint is getting a little carried away.

Yes, the newer models have a ton more orange. I like it and would trade someone with a new one for one with less orange.
