Thoughts on Salewa Crow GTX?

Just wondering if any of you have used or are currently using the Salewa Crow GTX? I’ve been reading great things on other sites about these boots, but consistently hear that they run small. Just wondering how much I should size up? I usually wear a 9.5 so I’m wondering do I go up 1/2 size or a full size to 10.5?

I bought a pair of Salewa's size 11 which I usually run a size 11. Put them on and tight as hell. I would do a full size and can always double sock if need be.

I don't remember which Salewa I tried on but they fit true to size. They were light hiking boots.
