Bought new and mounted it on an inline muzzleloader, sighted in, then put it away in
my gun safe for several years. My state used to be limited to 1x scopes on
muzzleloaders, but no more. It's never been in the field except for that one range
session. Looks and works line new, other than some very light ring marks from the
mount (almost undetectable). Comes with front/rear see-through covers. Duplex reticle.
