Any caliber YOU can't shoot for a one shot kill on any kind of target.

What does that even mean?

How would one caliber give you a “one shot kill” over another caliber?

Just to increase my post count.
The simple answer is a gut shot on a deer with a 22LR vs a 300 Win Mag. Don't forget the DRT aspect.

Both of those will kill the deer with that "one shot". Both will take a long time for the deer to die and result in a "not fun" tracking job as well.

Not a great comparison.
