Thermarest warranty

I just thought I would post up a great warranty/customer service experience I just had with Thermarest. I own quite a few Thermarest pads but I've never had any issues with any of them so I've never had the opportunity to deal with their warranty department. A couple years ago I purchased a used Neoair Xtherm from a gentleman off of this site and after last season of dealing with a very slow leak and not being able to find the source, I decided to send it in and have it repaired. Today I received a brand-new Xtherm pad free of charge. Anyway, I just thought I would share this positive warranty experience. Thermarest will definitely continue to get my business.
 
Yes, they are awesome to deal with...we sent in a couple of torn trekker chair covers and one pad that developed a bubble and had the same superior customer service. If I remember correctly, they are the same parent company as platypus....after a nearly new bladder developed a leak I couldn't find last season they replaced it as well.

We are hard on gear, so I don't mind replacing things myself if I feel like we have met or exceeded reasonable expected usage. But it's awesome when companies stand behind their products and offer replacement or repair for items that have life left in them.
