When did that become a thing? Ordered one to play with. I got a large last year after finding the regular to narrow but I don't need the length of the large. Pretty sure this is a relatively new release?

Just curious, where’d you get it from? I am in the same boat, like the extra width but don’t really need the extra length of a long/wide.

I’ll have to check that out, thanks!

Do you have the pad in hand? Have you been able to try it out?

I bought one the other day as well as the 30" and 27" Klymit Static V Luxe pads to try them all out. I'm over sleeping on my 20" pad.

Nope just ordered it this morning. The comfort of my regular was fine other than waking up with hands on the ground because of the narrowness of it, which is why I got a large, so I'm sure this one will be just fine.

Good spot. Picked one up myself. Been on the lookout for a new pad. I tried the Uberlite and that thing was just too scary thin.

Think I’ve been one of the few that has had zero problems out of my Uber lite.... but it does feel a bit like I’m gambling every time I take it out. Going to grab one of these as well.

I got an Xlite a few years ago, and went with a large but cut it down to about 70" I think. now its about 70x25 @ 15.4oz. It was super easy, just watch a video, an Iron will seal it back up.

The 30" pad will feel like you're sleeping on a bed compared to a 20" pad. With a quilt it's almost cheating.

I have an older xlite. Last year during a grand canyon trip my camp mates mentioned crinkling the noise. we were cowboy camping at least 10 feet apart. The year before it caught a tear I couldn’t find and left me sleeping on bare ground in Yellowstone.

i swapped it out for a sea to summit in regular wide and really like it. A 6 foot and 25” pad is great for me. I sleep on my side with my knees drawn up a bit so even at 6‘3” I really don’t need the long pad. I also put my pillow off the end of the pad, which keeps it from slipping around.

The new xlite is much quieter. They have had regular wide for years. I always check the Cascade (Thermo lite parent company) website to review all models. That also let's you know what has been discontinued or updated. So many of the "discount bargains" are actually old models. A lot of people bought the old crinkly versions a year after the quiet one was out, including me. Since I buy using Amazon Prime it's always effortless to return.

The notes that tell they are old models are often cryptic or non existent when sold at a discount.

I don't believe the Neoair X-Lite has been available in a regular wide very long at all. Here's a reddit thread from Nov 2019 and no one had used one on there until Jan 2020.
