Im on TAD Gears email list. They sent this out this morning. Talk about a Spork..... Aron this is not for you.... (Since you loose them all the time) =-)

Not sure Id spend that kind of money on a Spork but TAD Gear again has come out with a way to make the ultimate of an item. Gotta love it. I think that thing would last millions of years. Hand made with Space Craft Material that wont conduct heat. Thats craziness. =-)

Yeah I'd choose my snapped in half light my fire spork that was held together by duct tape and extra blades from my piranta for 10 days instead of paying $60 for a spork.

I bought a Snow Peak Titanium Spork for $8 or so and at the time I asked myself, if I really needed that spork for $8. $60 for one? Maybe if I took bottles backpacking more often or had a MSR Shaker stove but until then, I think I’ll use the money elsewhere.

Yes.......I bought one and it still sits at home all the time. I use a long plastic spoon that works just fine.

I broke my Light My Fire spark like Swat888. Duct taped it and made it work. Downfall was the adhesive would get runny when eating hot items.

TADgear shouldn't sell one of those at that price. Just stupid.

So someone teach me.. When you see "tad bit of kifaru gear" or tad bit of rare gear" are these synonyms for diff. Companies? Obviously Im aware that tad is a synonym but is bit, rare, and of also militaria gear companies?

Heads up. Korean folks use an awesome long handle spoon. The cheap versions are pretty light. Maybe $2.

Hardstalk this has everything to do with keyword search. TAD is a hugely popular search term. When you see the Tad Bit of. They are using the TAD line to be included when people do a search for the actual TAD Gear. Its a stealthy way to get your listing included into a highly searched word. That is why you see that on adds.
When they include TAD Bit of Kifaru they want to include their listing in the same category as Kifaru gear and Tripple Aught design.

I bought a long titanium spoon for about $12 and thought it was crazy but it was cool and I needed to bump up my order by ten bucks for free shipping. I figured the shipping would be more so what the heck. I actually really like it and I think it could be used for a tent stake in a jam. No way I'm dropping $60 though. I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night .
