No, not into SM in general, but I can see the market and wonder if it can last without being deplatformed like previous attempts. I can already see the "white nationalist social network" potshots from the MSM.

Will they censor views not in lockstep with Trumpists? This is all becoming quite messy, where what SM you're on signals your beliefs. Not a good place for us to go at all. So call me an optimist, but I'd say none is still my affiliation if I had to choose sides today until proven otherwise.

I do, somewhat reluctantly, use SM for business so I guess from that angle I'll keep an eye on things because not many woke bots are potential clients.

It’s a Trump crew run new media that will be up and running when ‘they’ start heavily censoring internet users. It is expected to be able to stay up and running when much of the rest of the internet goes down. It is supposed to be set up much like several other apps that are popular work.
It is supposed to guarantee access to those that are currently being booted off the net by FB, Twatter, etc. A free speech zone.
I don’t think most people can even imagine where we are headed. Wake up folks. This is The Great Awakening.

I received two different unsolicited texts today with some shortened URL to sign up. I deleted post haste. I like the idea of a more independent platform, but I’m not going to click some unverified link to who knows what. That rollout could have been managed a bit better.

No thanks, not a Trump fan. Good to see an alternative though. Hopefully it doesn't get hacked or something, I am sure all the Trump haters will swarm it with BS accounts and some type of racist or other crap to try and make it look bad!

Only "social media" I do are a few forums and unfortunately youtube, but there is some good stuff on youtube.

Free speech where the user needs approval before being admitted entrance?

To consider any social media another version of The Great Awakening initially seems offensive then you think of how Twitter, Reddit, and other apps have shared live coverage from Turkey, Hong Kong, and these platforms are vital in countries that genuinely experience oppressive regimes.
