As a glutton for punishment, I jumped back into GTE. Just a fair warning to anyone wishing to preserve their profits.

But seriously, my understanding is there's a giant investor (GMT) who got stung bigtime trying to short TSLA, and they're slowly liquidating their GTE shares to level their books. That's the main reason GTE is lagging behind other small cap oil stocks. But once GMT is finished liquidating, GTE will likely catch up to the others, especially with oil prices on the rise. That's the theory anyway, FWIW.

DVAX having a decent run.

Might jump back in GTE if drops to around .55 to .57 gain for third time.

Picked up some more, I know stupid, CCIV at low 26ish this morning. Big gamble I know

Good summary of the situation. Hard to keep track of all the GTE, GMT, GME, etc... grin.

AMPY is finally starting launch. BORR continues to crawl upward. One would think that all of these established OG names will ascend eventually, oil is just too high for them to sit.

Well I have been putting all my information together to get my taxes done and was looking back at my 2020 stuff. So here is a snapshot.

I have three accounts at Fidelity and one at Robinhood.

Fidelity
Account 1. I put 200 bucks in it in May and have been doing quick flips 10-20% average with a couple 100% gains in there. Currently it is sitting at 920 as of today. It was really helped out by BEGI and HCMC.

Account 2. My IRA. It started out in March at 850 and is currently at 1450. I have done some quick flips in it but primarily have longer term holds in it. I use about 500 of it to do some 10-20% gains, then take the profit and buy long term stuff.

Account 3. My 401K. Its average about 20% for the year.

Robinhood account has been my high risk stuff. Started with 125 in March, its currently at 140. That one hasnt paid off but its been fun. I have made a bunch of money and lost a bunch in it. I have climbed from about 70 to the 140 since November though.

Thank you to all of those that have posted stuff and helped this new guy learn. I never played in the stock market until March when this thread popped up. I could have made a shit load more if I was patient but that will come with time. Account 1 is going to pay for my NL Pures in no time if this trend keeps going.

That's great!!! congrats to you and good job.

Yep. patience, and no fear or greed when trading.

Hopefully learned my lesson.

I was down a bit last Fall for 3 months, but didn't panic and added when a few of my stocks tanked on lows.

But good start to this year in 2021 in my designated trading accounts this past month. I still do less risky mutual funds and ETF's in my 401 k though.

Big Thanks to the advice of the knowledgable guys on here. Think market will be strong for another month or so and might reevaluate . Of course I said that last Fall and was going to pull out of market after election due to emotions. lol

TSNP has been a great performer so far, almost ready to hit $1!

I’ve been watching and researching TSNP since $0.17. Finally made my mind up. Sold 2/3 of my CDEV and pushed into TSNP first thing yesterday morning. Up over $50k with the last two days runs. I’m happy with my decision so far!

TRTC starting to take of fellas. Good jump from Dec at .14 to now .35. Should continue to make good head way all year. Got to love these smaller pennies as it doesn't hurt if it doesn't pan out. so far looking good.
Great tips on GTE, CDEV and all others! good to see the oil staying for the long haul

No idea. I’ve seen people throwing anything from $5 to $200. I’m more focused on them following through with their business plan for now. Which a lot of it is supposed to take place this month, so hopefully won’t be waiting long before it feels a lot safer.
