Waiting on merger in next 35ish days. Basic on online gaming and casinos not so much for sports. It will be merging with golden nugget casinos

A buddy of mine who makes some great calls was talking about putting on some INTC last week.. We ended up going with LVGO and BILL instead, but it was a name we looked at.

Anyone holding CPE? Heard they are looking at a RS. Should know more today after the conference call. Might see a run up prior. Curious to see the reasoning for the RS. CPE has been trading over a $1 since early June. Possibly consolidate shares for a merger? Raise the share price for institutional investors?

I'm holding some, not sure if I should get rid of it before the RS or not, some people saying its a bad thing but alot saying good as well?

Usually after a RS it will drop 20-30% that day or a couple of days. There is usually a bounce after it drops then consolidates.

This is the most recent example, I was watching for an after RS bounce and missed it due to work, but it usually works, you just have to wait for it to flatten out and trade sideways for a bit.

From just a glance, it looks like they did ok for earnings which is giving them a bump. I’d hold for the next couple days and then evaluate again. I wouldn’t let it go crazy red on me again either.

I chickened out....just a little. I sold the shares that I bought when I was buying down my price point, so 20% of my total.

I want to move that money towards some EV stuff. Maybe DPHC, WKHS or PLL. Any insight on those? I like the idea of the electric truck coming out before the cyber truck but not sure how that will correlate to a stock price.

Asps hovering around $10 before earnings. If it swings to 13 By next week that would be awesome. Seen it before. I bought in.

EV is here to stay. I have much wkhs that I bought around $11. They have a really good chance at securing the USPS Contract or at least part of it. Robins will be all over it.
I also believe NIO is going to give Tesla a real challenge. If they enter the US market??? I have been buying small on dips

Seems like quite an overreaction.
