I mean, that kinda flies contrary to the whole “paying it forward” part, doesn’t it? Thought it was WKRs helping those who are deliberately not WKRs?

Was that the intent? The intro post was just paying it forward without mention of RS status.

I don’t have an issue with folks giving away to non-WKR. I personally only want to pay it forward to folks who are contributing here.

You get a lot of FNGs who don’t contribute but then claim free stuff.

True, doesn't expressly say anything in the intro post, but tracking the postings over the years a lot of it is stuff that's been... lets just say well used and no longer needed. And if you think about it, anyone with enough experience to contribute, probably already has gear that goes above and beyond what's offered here for free, so that to me feels like it's pay it forward, do a good deed, and hope it ends up with someone who maybe can't afford it, but can use and appreciate it. But hey, give to whomever ya like
