I think this is the Upland G3 model but I’m not sure. It’s like 13 years old. Handheld is newer, one collar is newer, other is original.

I’m listing it here for $15 to cover flat rate because I bet the batteries need replaced (maybe in all 3 items), one collar button is iffy, and the chargers are finicky too. But a frugal and enterprising dude can get some new batteries and chargers and get at least one of the collars to go many more years. There are resources out there on the web. I contemplated selling for $50 but don’t want to deal with returns if someone couldn’t get it figured out.
